Volunteering at the Library
We value your willingness to volunteer your time at the Nancy Carol Roberts Memorial Library and appreciate your commitment to our community. As a volunteer at the Library, you can choose your role from a variety of opportunities and determine your own schedule. Volunteer assignments are determined by the needs of the Library and the needs of the volunteer. All volunteers must complete a volunteer application and schedule a brief orientation.
We welcome student volunteers at the Library. National Honor Society Students (NHS) and (NJHS) are encouraged to use the Sign-Up link below to schedule service hours during Thursday and Saturday Homework Help time.
Donate Books and More
Donate your new and used books or DVDs and other materials to the Fortnightly Club for their annual book sale. Proceeds from this sale benefit the Library. All items may be dropped off 24 hours per day at the Fortnightly Club Book House located at 906 N. Park Street. Magazines and paperbacks may be dropped off at the Library.
Honor or memorialize a loved one by sending a gift in their name to the Nancy Carol Roberts Memorial Library. The honoree or their family will receive a note sharing that you made a gift in their honor. For a memorial donation, the loved one’s family will receive a note of your thoughtfulness. Please provide the name and address of both the donor and the honoree or a family member of the honoree. Memorial requests can be made in person or mailed to the library at 100 Martin Luther King Jr. Pkwy, Brenham, TX 77833.
