Public Works Services:
The Department of Public Works encompasses a wide variety of city departments. Building inspection and permitting are responsible for overseeing construction, both residential and commercial within the city limits. Health Inspection works to control factors in our community that may adversely impact human health. Street Maintenance among many things, keeps our city streets, sidewalks, and curbs in suitable condition; as well as dealing with drainage issues throughout the town. The Parks and Recreation department are responsible for the maintenance and operation of the City's park facilities, as well as providing recreational opportunities for our residents.
