Aqua Joggers - 4 week session. Classes start Monday, September 8, in the Natatorium Pool from 6:00pm - 6:45pm. $28.00 plus pass

Parkinson's Swim Group - Come join us in the therapy pool Thursday mornings at 11:00am. Need only pool pass.
The Water Works - 2 week session is $15.00. 4 week session is $28.00 plus aquatics pass. Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am - 11am or 6pm - 7pm in the Therapy Pool.

The morning classes offer a wide range of moderate movements to improve range of motion, balance, and coordination while strengthening and toning the body. The evening classes are high-energy workouts designed for intense use of the water to improve one's overall fitness.
These classes are instructed by Barbara Hornaday who is certified by the Aquatic Exercise Association, Arthritis Foundation and American Heart Association.
